Welcome to Coshe Coffee (say it: "cho-shay"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our in-store services, and any online ordering or gift card services we offer. By visiting our website, placing an order, or spending time in our café, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products

Every drink at Coshe Coffee is handcrafted to order. Because our drinks are made by hand — not by machine presets — minor variations from cup to cup are part of the craft, not a defect. Menu items, ingredients, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice. Product descriptions and photos on our website and menus are for general information and may not reflect exact appearance or preparation on a given day.

2. Allergen & Dietary Notice

Our drinks are prepared in a shared kitchen and bar using shared equipment. Several of our signature drinks — including Chai One and our Hot Chocolate — are prepared with 100% dairy milk. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat/gluten, and other allergens. Many of our drinks contain caffeine.

We cannot guarantee that any item is free of any allergen. If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or dietary restriction, please tell our staff before ordering. You are responsible for determining whether our products are appropriate for you.

3. Orders, Payment & Pickup

Where online or in-app ordering is available, payment is due in full at the time of order. Quoted preparation and pickup times are estimates only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors or product unavailability; if we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund it.

4. Remakes & Refunds

If your drink isn't right, tell us at the bar during your visit and we will remake it. Refunds are issued at our discretion, generally to the original payment method. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we cannot accept returns.

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards, if offered, are redeemable for products at Coshe Coffee only, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Promotions and discounts have no cash value and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. In-Store Conduct, Seating & Wi-Fi

Coshe is built to be stayed in — you're welcome to relax, meet friends, or work. In return, we ask that you treat our staff, our guests, and our space with respect. We may limit seating time, table use, or outlet access during peak hours, and we reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave for conduct that disrupts the café.

Where complimentary Wi-Fi is offered, it is provided "as is," without any guarantee of speed, availability, or security. You may not use our network for anything unlawful. Do not transmit sensitive information over our open network; you use it at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The Coshe Coffee name, logo, trade dress, taglines (including "No Cap. Chino Up."), drink names (including "Chai One"), menu text, product copy, photographs, and all website content are the property of Coshe Coffee or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse our website — including by scraping, attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or interfering with its operation. Our website may link to third-party sites or services (such as ordering, payment, or social platforms); we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
